Takamura SG2 Migaki

Takamura is a leading blacksmith shop that makes top shelf knives with good grinds and heat treatment. The SG2 (also known as R2) knives listed here are our favorite. They're thin, well ground with nice western handles. Takamura-san has long experience with forging R2 powder steel.
