Kato (Yoshimi)

Yoshimi Kato works at Takefu Knife Village co-operative. He makes a number of different knives under different names including Kanehiro and Masakage. This is somewhat common with many of the blacksmiths that work in small shops and lack the distribution and contacts to sell directly to the public.
