Enjin Knives

Enjin Knives are made in Tosa, Japan by blacksmith Shindo san and feature SRK8 steel which contains carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, chromium, and nickel, and features an HRC of 63 +-. The result is a high hardness carbon steel that holds an edge well and sharpens easily. Shindo san is also making them with Blue #2 steel.
