Katayama Knives

The apprenticeship tradition is alive and well in Japan and Katayama san is a prime example. He has worked and studied under the stewardship of his boss Saji san in Echizen and is now becoming an independent knife maker starting in April 2021. His first collection is VG-10 Damascus. He'll also be making knives with SG2.
