Return Policy

We accept returns for new and unused products within 30 days of shipment (or 45 days during the holiday season). Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Restocking & Refunds

• Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee or deduct the original shipping cost, depending on the condition of the return. However, if the item is returned unused and in its original packaging, no restocking fee will apply.
• Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How to Return Your Item

To ensure a smooth return process, please include:

• Your name, address, and phone number
• The original packing list (if available)

No return authorization is needed. Simply send the item back to us, and we’ll handle it. Please allow one week for processing once we receive your return.

Important Notice

If we notice a pattern of excessive returns, we reserve the right to refuse future service.
