Harukaze Knives

Harukaze means "windy spring" in Japanese. They combine excellent core steel (Blue #2) with stainless cladding and nice handles. The knives are finished off with a beautiful kanji that is hand engraved on the blade that is unusual for a knife at this price. We predict these should be a big hit with our customers looking for a good bang for the buck knife that performs really well but doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
