Naohito Myojin Riki Seisakusho knives are made by a phenomenal young knife sharpener from Sakai who apprenticed with Morihiro san for close to a decade before setting out on his own. The line we are starting with is made with SG2 powdered stainless steel and comes with a migaki finish.
