Tanaka, (Shigeki)

Tanaka knives are made in a small traditional workshop in Miki City by Shigeki Tanaka and a small crew of his employees. Each Tanaka knife is hand-forged in the traditional way, as it has been done for hundreds of years in Japan. Tanaka-san is turning out excellent knives at a reasonable price. We have proudly offered these knives since 2008.
