Masakage Kiri
Kiri is the Japanese word for mist or fog. The folded Damascus steel is attractive and the knives are ground thin for excellent cutting performance. These are made with VG-10 stainless steel and are very low maintenance. Hardness on these knives is 61-62. These are made by Kato-san from Takefu Village.
