Hatsukokoro Shirasagi

Hatsukokoro's Shirasagi ("egret") Single Bevel knives are produced by Myojin Riki Seisakusho in Tosa using Blue #2 steel. They feature a smooth kasumi finish. The single bevel makes these knives suitable for right-handed users only.
