Designed with a single-tablespoon volume, the 01 Silver spoon ensures consistent measurements for recipes and ratios. Its deep, well-formed bowl cradles liquids securely, while the tapered tip allows for precise pouring and delicate basting. The long, elegant handle is perfect for stirring hearty braises or pots of beans, yet nimble enough to effortlessly sauce a plate. A thin, flared lip makes scraping every corner of a pan or container smooth and efficient.
Inspired by the character and charm of worn, vintage steel from flea markets, the 01 Silver spoon draws from classic American and European designs. Each piece is tumbled for a matte, textured finish, creating a timeless, imperfect aesthetic. Crafted with care, the spoon is stamped, etched, and hand-finished on a lathe in Mr. Okada’s Niigata workshop.Made in Niigata, Japan

I usually use kunz spoons in the kitchen, but ive started to reach for this spoon more often. The "wings" help scrape the bottom corners of containers and even stays put inside empty delis because of the bowl heavy design. Its an even 1 Tablespoon for your on the fly measurement needs. The shape of the bowl really help with precision plating.
These guys put the effort of the finer details and it shows.
