This spoon is an exact copy of the Kunz spoon, which really is all you need to know if you're familiar with that spoon. It weighs in at 2 grams heavier than the Kunz but using it I feel no difference. I can't tell the difference between my Richmond and Kunz spoons sticking out of the spoon bain. If you like the Kunz, but can't stomach $12 per spoon, definitely pick these up as a slightly cheaper alternative.

I love plating spoons, so I picked up one of these to see what they were about. The next order I picked up four more. This spoon matches my Kunz spoon step for step and is less expensive. It's sturdy enough to move a 20 qt rondeau across the range without needing to reach for a towel and delicate enough to plate a single scallop, then sauce the plate. For a home cook, I recommend it highly. For a pro, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Really well made. High quality stainless steel. Thick and heavy. Great finish. The bowl is a perfect size and the handle is very comfortable. A better deal than the Kunz IMO. We bought 2. Nice one CKTG!

Great plating spoon. large enough to carry enough product to the plate in one pass, yet nimble and ergonomic enough to do the job without messing the plate either. Well worth the money. As always, great products and great service from CKTG! Thanks!
