The Konosuke Swedish Stainless knives are laser thin, light weight and have impeccable fit and finish with rounded choil and spine for nice comfortable feel. The Swedish steel is a very fine-grained and is heat treated to 61 Rockwell. These knives have excellent cutting action due to the excellent, thin grinds and geometry.
