Anryu White #2 Kurouchi Damascus
The Kurouchi Suminagashi (Damascus) by anryu Hamono has a beautiful dark finish with a damascus touch along the edge. The knives you see here are made with Hitachi White #2 core steel and they are heat treated to HRC 61+-.
