This is a nice upgrade over the other stone holders on our site that use screws to open and close. This one is spring Loaded so you only have to pull it to open the stone holder and then it springs shut to close onto the stone. It works on a variety of different size stones from about 7 inches to about 9 inches and you can adjust it a little further to increase the dimensions with a wrench. The springs and rods are stainless steel for easy care.

Switching among Atoma, Shapton glass, and Naniwa Pro is fast and easy. This holder is much more convenient compared to the standard black rubber ones. Ridges on the bottom work well to prevent slippage. Device feels solid and built to last. Highly recommend!

This spring loaded stone holder works very well. The springs and guide rods are located underneath, so they don't get contaminated by runoff of stone debris and metal swarf. I like it a lot. It also works with Shapton glass stones.

I love this stone holder. Its my first so I cant compare. I use a sink bridge over a hotel pan with this sitting on top. Easy to switch stones in and out and good knuckle clearance. The rubber on the bottom works well for non slip.

Great stone holder. Holds them tight. Just wish it could hold stones a little smaller also. Would highly recommend.
