A complement to our larger plating spoon, this smaller version allows you to work with smaller amounts and smaller service pieces. We did a larger handle on this one to make it more comfortable and easier to grip and control. Heavy stainless steel.

This is a very nice spoon to use. It is well finished and comfortable in the hand. The medium size is great for plating smaller amounts of sauces and garnish.

The Richmond Plating spoons are perfect for serving, stirring, drizzling, and even making pancakes. A well designed spoon is worth it's weight in gold

At a quick glance it's difficult to distinguish this with the larger Richmond Spoon. Still an unbelievable value.

Not an equivalent to a Kunz Medium Spoon.

Somewhat of a serving spoon. Larger than say a large spoon. Now I just need to find the ones that are slightly smaller. Never heard of Richmond but I'll never forget it now. Fit for a king.
