Okeya White #2 Knives

This grouping of Okeya knives are all made with Shirogami #2 carbon steel. Okeya knives are hand made by a family blacksmith shop based in Miki Japan. They specialize in small knives and most of their production goes to dealers in Japan. Chefknivestogo was one of the first retailers outside Japan to offer these nice little knives.
