Have been using this for about 6 months and still love it.
I’m a home cook with several years past restaurant kitchen experience.
This is the 1st Japanese knife I’ve purchased and I’m very impressed. The look, feel and effortless ease of wielding are all worth the $$.. I tell folks it’s like a light saber.. All I have to do is think.. Go through the potatoes and zip zip zip diced taters.. Thanks CKTG!!
