Ive had this knife for about 2 years (looks beautiful). It sharpens really nice and holds a decent edge. However the at times it feels somewhat fragile (i chipped the blade few times on random things) . Keep in mind it is a thin blade and it can feel flexible at times. This was my work horse for the for a year then replaced it with a Nakagawa G3 240mm Gyuto. I wish this was made in a 240mm version (taller and wider).
