This is the same size spoon as our Richmond Plating Spoon using Damascus stainless steel. As far as I know, we're the first company to do these in a production setting and they are super cool looking.
The spoon bowl holds 2.5 tablespoons and it's 9 inches long. Once you try a good saucing spoon you won't want to be without it when working the line.
Weight: 3.8 ounces

Damascus pattern extends the entire spoon with only the handle acid etched to make the layers pop. Probably once of the best all around spoons you could get
Same shape as Kunz spoon. More like an etched pattern than true damascus, but a damascus spoon this size is rare, and often fetch hundreds. Seems silly to spend $40 on a spoon, bit it is a flashy show piece.
It's a spoon guys, good ergos and no rough edges, the Damascus is really cool. It actually has a texture to it the Damascus pattern. You may think spending 50 dollars on a spoon is a lot of money, and you would be right. It's a lot of money for a spoon. It was sent in the regular mail and wasn't to big so my question is why was shipping so expensive? But as in usual cktg fashion it was shipped earlier than predicted in great packaging
Spoons are great! As advertised. Similar in shape to Kunz spoon, with a slightly deeper cup. My only negative comment, and reason for not giving 5 stars - when paying this much for a spoon/s (multiple in my case), I would kind of expect some form of semi decent packaging or a box of some kind. One of the spoons I bought I plan to keep aside with other special addition spoons I have. Wasn't expecting it to arrive in a folded piece of cardboard secured with rubber bands... Besides that the spoon is great! Recommend for spoon enthusiast ;)
