Chopper King AUS10 Mini Veggie Slicer. This is a sweet knife. It's kind of a mini cleaver/ bunka knife with nice belly for quick tasks while working on a cutting board. It has nice knuckle clearance and uses good quality Japanese AUS10 steel.

Since there is no date for my first review i think its been at least a year. Got it back from my mom other day and its dull, but no damage/chipping etc. took it home and hit it with 500 then 1000 and in a few mins was back to new again. This is a rocker! For the price its worth getting for people that aren't kind to knives.

Got this as a gift for my Mom but tried it out first. Good quality with no defects or rough edges. Pretty sharp out of the box with just the very tip needing a bit of touching up. If rocking is your style of cutting this will work well for you. Handle well finished and large enough. Good value for this price point.
