Naniwa Traditional Stone 4000 Grit is imported by CKTG directly from Naniwa Abrasives in Sakai Japan. The stones is excellent for finishing your edges and produces a nice cutting edge for most foods. We recommend a quick soak until the bubbles come out before using. We also recommend you flatten the stone when it begins to dish and load with our CKTG 140 Grit Diamond plate.
