These French style rolling pins are made by Brandon Norsted right down the street from us in Madison, WI. The rolling pins are made with domestic maple wood. These hardwood pins will last a lifetime. The shape of these is popular in France and the taper is favored by professional pastry chefs as it allows for more control. This rolling pin measures 19.5 inches long and 1.6 Inches wide with a weight of 12.5 ounces. Nice work Brandon! The only care needed is to wipe it with a dry cloth. Don't dish wash it.

I purchased a maple pin. It is a pleasure to use and handle. It's so smooth it's almost a sensual experience. This is definitely an artisanal product!
