Bought as a novelty and to practice my sharpening technique. Once the edge is gotten razor sharp (it's good steel and takes only some patience) I've found it indispensable as a kitchen tool supplement to traditional chef knives. Makes short work of tomatoes, garlic, whatever. Chef Knives has been my 'go-to' for quite some time, I'm never disappointed.Was this rating helpful to you?
