Kamo, (Katsuyasu)

Katsuyasu Kamo is a 77-year-old blacksmith from Echizen and one of the founding members of the Takefu Village Co-operative factory. He's doing this special line of kitchen knives for CKTG. We're the only company in the world outside of Japan that carries his kitchen knives.
