Mr. Okada is one of the founders of Takefu Knife village in Echizen, Japan. He is originally a blacksmith of gardening tools such as sickles and hedge shears, but he is expanding his offerings to include kitchen knives. 
We asked him to follow his popular Takobiki knives with a standard gyuto and here is the result. This is a double-edged gyuto.Maker: Okada San
