This is my first dance with a carbon knife. Originally thought it would rust and be a constant pain. I was wrong. I have had it for four months and could not be happier. It holds an edge like nothing I have ever had. It is an incredible value. The blade is true, the quality of the handle is beautiful, and the balance is perfect.
