This Fuji Cutlery Chinese-style cleaver features a slightly curved edge which makes it easier to use. The addition of a traditional barrel-shaped handle offers a nice feel and gives you more control. This blade is fully stainless steel and will quickly become one of your favorite knives in the kitchen.

Please note this cleaver does not fit our Tiger Wood Single Cleaver Stand. The 8" felt guard is a better option.

I wanted a cleaver and I got a good one! Tojiro lives up to it's reputation of great products at very reasonable prices yet again. Handle felt a bit awkward at first but I'm really enjoying it now that I've got some practice. Well built and nice looking, amazing value!

Good quality: Great for quartering Limes, and cutting Vegetables. Any thing that has some firmness to it, it will cut very well. I can't rate it five stars due to personal likes. I like high carbon edges. Just a personal like, no more. Great for the right uses.
