Chopper King VG10 Small Slicer. Better steel, a better handle, and a lower price than many Chinese knives on the market. They import high grade VG10 stainless steel from Japan which makes a big difference. The knife now has the same profile as the CCK1303 and it now fits our cleaver saya as of 2023.

This is my second Chopper King; I also have the larger cleaver with shirogami #2, which is fantastic. The height is a few mm shorter, so perhaps it’s a bit easier to maneuver.
Same great quality, just a different steel. I cut 20 lb of butternut squash without issue. Very nice edge retention. It was sharp ootb, but it gave it a quick tuneup on my Chosera 1000, which quickly gave it a wicked edge.
I expected nothing less. Great blade. Thanks Mark.
