The Tsunehisa Nami AUS10 line is made with gorgeous polished Damascus blades and very nice solid oak handles. AUS10 Stainless steel is very similar to AEB-L. It's good stuff.

Feels great in hand. You just want to hold it and slice with it. I’m I. Love with the shape and feel. Only downside is AUS10 steel which does not have as much edge retention as VG10 but should be tougher. If it was vg10 or R2/SG2 it would be max!
