Knife Straightening Stick

Most Japanese knives that we sell are clad with softer iron or stainless steel and these knives often can bend if you apply lateral pressure to them. Most blacksmiths and knife shops are familiar with this simple but effective tool that is used to straighten knives. Made with hard maple this is a good item to have if you collect Japanese knives.
